A. T/T in advance by wire transfer, 50% prepayment and 50% before releasing shipping documents
Q. What is surplus supplies?
A. Distributors, dealers, exporters, wholesalers or copy shops usually end up with supplies they can not sell in their home country, they may end up with overstock or if they close down their business, we buy it and resell it.
Q. What to expect when buying surplus supplies from us?
A. Our supplies are 100% guaranteed, all new, however packaging maybe perfect, good or damaged.
Q. Where do we get our used equipment?
A. Directly from manufacturers & dealers, these equipment are off lease and have been under service contracts until they were removed.

A. Prices we quote you are Ex-works our warehouses in Belgium, we can provide you with a shipping quote.
Q. How do we load machines?
A. We load containers 20 & 40 foot with double floors, all machines are shrink wrapped, fragile attached accessories are removed and placed inside the machines for transport safety.
Q. How long does it take to process the order?
A. We do our best to process it within 3 days, your order will be processed in the order it was received.
Q. Do we have 100 copiers or 5000 copiers?
A. Our warehouses are 8000 sqm, everything you see in our stock is available in OUR warehouses, we get machines & supplies everyday, once it is received and checked by our warehouse staff it would be available on our stock list.
Q. Do we sell original or compatible supplies?
A. We sell, original, compatible, remanufactured supplies, all of our supplies are original UNLESS it says compatible, katun or reman "remanufactured" in the description.
Q. Do we sell retail or to end users?
A. No, we only sell to wholesalers, resellers, dealers, brokers & exporters across the globe.
Q. Do we charge for loading?
A. Loading is free of charge, we only charge for the cost of building a second floor in the container.
